Cynthia C. Romero, Esq.*

Co-Founder/Managing Partner

Attorney Cynthia C. Romero is an experienced attorney with a background in Estate Planning, Probate, and Real Estate Law. Prior to co-founding Heirloom Law, she was an associate attorney handling a wide range of matters, including trust administration, conservatorships, guardianships, elder law, Medicaid applications for long-term care, and landlord-tenant eviction proceedings.

After obtaining her Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law, Cynthia expanded her knowledge and acquired her certification as a licensed Mediator. Outside of the legal realm, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family, Partner Fabiano, her labradoodle Bailey, and a night out in Boston with friends. As someone living with Type 1 Diabetes, Cynthia is deeply aware of the importance of preparation and planning, and carries these values into both her personal life and legal practice.

Cynthia is a dedicated, passionate advocate for her clients, which sets her apart in the legal field. She practices a client-centered approach, always prioritizing the best interests of those she represents. She takes the time to listen to her clients' concerns, answer their questions, and develop strategies that align with their unique circumstances.

Her compassionate and empathetic demeanor helps clients feel at ease during what can often be emotionally challenging times. After experiencing and witnessing the loss of loved ones and having to endure the challenges of probate court, Cynthia knew where her help was needed.
